Every family has their own secret ragù recipe, which is undoubtedly ‘the best’ and Nasprias is no different. We stick closely to the classic recipe from Bologna and use a pork & beef mince cooked slowly with carrots, celery, onions and tomatoes for a rich and intense ragù. Our homemade Bechamel sauce ribbons through the ragù on every layer.
