ABOUT US

Nasprías is the name of the land where our family has had its vineyard in Sardinia for almost a century. It is a name that we relate to family and traditions, values which are at the core of our food: pizza al taglio, croissants, cakes and much more. We use real Sardinian ingredients together with the freshest local produce sourced from right here in the Costwolds. We don’t buy pre-made or frozen doughs, we source the best flour and yeast and let our doughs raise for 24-48 hours, just like our families did in the past; the way it should be done.
Nasprías tips its hat to my Sardinian roots and also serves Illy coffee, the best that Italy has to offer made to Illy’s exacting high standards alongside other drinks that you can find in any Italian bar. 
We are looking forward to welcoming you with some Sardinian hospitality.

A slice of our focaccia drizzled with extra virgin garlic olive oil.


Olive Bowl £2.50 (vg)

A bowl of our own recipe marinated mixed olives.

Tagliere di Formaggi - Cheese board £10

A great sharing option of 4 types of cheese selected from both the U.K. and Italy. Enjoy it with our homemade bread, Sardinian crispy ‘carasau’ bread, our original recipe marinated olives, balsamic dips, pesto and sun-blushed tomatoes.

Add parma ham for £1.50

Insalata di Bufala alla Nasprias £6.50

A whole real buffalo mozzarella served on a bed of fresh rocket with cherry tomatoes, black olives, fresh basil and our homemade bread.
